The 2008 Hygienic Outdoor Art Festival Bizarre Bazaar was a huge success with
over 55 participating artists. This year’s judge Hsin-Yi Moore, holds a degree in
Interior Design from FIT. She is currently employed by Fulton Landing, Inc. in Brooklyn, and does graphic and web design. Hsin is a native of New York City, but has been living in New London for the past four years.
